River Park is a fully budgeted condominium association. We have a variety of townhome sizes and floor plans consisting of 116 Units. The association is located in the middle of Anchorage with convenient access to shopping, services, and recreation. River Park backs to Campbell Creek Greenbelt on the West and South sides and Taku elementary school on the East side, also on the East side is Briarcliff condominiums and on the North side we are bordered by Campbell Green condominiums.
We are frequently visited by Moose. Twin calves accompanied by their mother (Cow) are seen here as they move through the neighborhood. Be careful not to get between mom and her babies. She is as protective as any mother would be around a stranger. Occasionally, you may spot a fox, porcupine, or beaver. You will hear the chatter of squirrels as they quarrel with you when you get to close to them. If you see a bird dart through the woods, it could be a Robin, Nut-Hatch, Black Cap Chickadee, Red Pole, Wood Pecker, Magpie, or Finch. You may also see Geese occasionally. They all frequent River Park.
